Impact solutions for science- and innovation-driven sustainable development
We help you turn ideas & technologies into practical solutions that create lasting value for people, institutions and the planet.
Who We Are
INOMER Inno-Centre is part of the wider INOMER structure, bringing together the global policy, evaluation and advisory expertise of INOMER SAS à mission in France with the applied innovation, entrepreneurship and ecosystem-development experience of INOMER Türkiye. It reflects two decades of work in science, technology and innovation, entrepreneurship, MSME development, sustainable development, digital transformation, digital solutions, ecosystem-building, evaluation and international advisory services.
Established in 2006, INOMER has built a strong track record of assignments for public institutions, international organisations, development partners, universities, research organisations, innovation ecosystems and private-sector actors. Its work has supported the design, implementation, improvement and assessment of policies, programmes, institutions and practical solutions in R&D and innovation, entrepreneurship, SME development, technology transfer, digital transformation, capacity building and sustainable development.
INOMER Inno-Centre brings this accumulated experience together with applied technology, platform development, entrepreneurship support, environmental and social innovation, and solution-oriented implementation capacity. It serves as the practical innovation and delivery arm of the wider INOMER structure, translating policy knowledge, research evidence and ecosystem experience into usable tools, programmes, platforms and services.
We combine strategic advisory expertise with practical delivery. We understand policy and implementation, institutions and enterprises, technology and society, ecosystems and individual innovators. This enables us to design solutions that are evidence-based, context-sensitive and ready for real-world use.
Why work with us
Complex challenges rarely fit into a single category. They demand evidence, policy understanding, technological capability, enterprise insight, institutional capacity, ecosystem intelligence, community engagement and disciplined implementation.
INOMER Innovation Centre brings these capabilities together.
We understand how public institutions work and how private-sector decisions are made. We work with SMEs, start-ups, entrepreneurs, intrapreneurs and impact-driven companies. We know how innovation ecosystems function, where they break down and what enables promising ideas to move from experimentation to wider adoption and scale.
We also understand the importance of evidence, accountability and measurable results. Technology alone is not enough; it must be designed responsibly, embedded in the right institutional and market conditions, and linked to clear social, economic and environmental value.
Our strength lies in connecting these worlds.
We help our partners turn evidence, ideas and technologies into stronger programmes, scalable solutions, capable institutions, sustainable enterprises and measurable impact.
“What you do makes a difference, and you have to decide what kind of difference you want to make.”
Dr. Jane Goodall
What we do
Innovation ecosystem development
We help institutions and ecosystems design, strengthen and manage innovation environments that produce better ideas, stronger enterprises, more effective collaboration and measurable impact.
Our services include ecosystem mapping, strategy development, stakeholder engagement, innovation programme design, entrepreneurship support models, partnership building, accelerator and incubator design, technology transfer support, and capacity-building for ecosystem actors.
We work with public institutions, development partners, universities, research organisations, chambers, clusters, technology parks, entrepreneurship support organisations, companies and investors to create more effective and connected innovation ecosystems.
We also assess how ecosystem actors participate in national, European and international research and innovation programmes, identify barriers and capability gaps, and develop practical roadmaps to strengthen institutional readiness, collaboration and access to funding.
Research and innovation policy, programme evaluation and strategic positioning
We support public institutions, research and innovation agencies, universities and development partners in assessing the performance, outcomes and impacts of research and innovation policies, programmes and funding instruments.
Our work combines quantitative analysis with stakeholder research, including portfolio and participation analysis, benchmarking, bibliometric and patent analysis, network analysis, surveys, interviews, case studies and workshops. We examine not only what results were achieved, but also why they occurred, which actors benefited, what barriers remain and how support systems can be improved.
We translate the evidence into policy recommendations, position papers, roadmaps, implementation frameworks and stakeholder-specific action plans. This includes support for participation in European and international research and innovation programmes, institutional readiness, consortium building, partnership development and alignment with evolving policy priorities.
Entrepreneurship, SME innovation and support-organisation development
We design and deliver support services for start-ups, SMEs, researchers, young innovators, intrapreneurs and mission-driven enterprises, helping them strengthen their innovation capacity, competitiveness and readiness for growth.
Our work covers ideation, business model development, market validation, mentoring, investment readiness, internationalisation, sustainability integration, digital transformation, innovation management, productivity improvement and growth support.
We also support entrepreneurship and innovation support organisations by helping them improve their service models, programme design, operational systems, mentoring structures, partnership models, digital delivery capacity and impact measurement. Our programmes are practical and tailored to the constraints faced by SMEs and innovation actors, including limited skills, fragmented support systems, weak access to finance and insufficient links with research and international networks.
AI, deeptech and platform solutions
We design and develop carefully conceived technology-based solutions that address real needs and create measurable societal, environmental and economic value.
Our work covers artificial intelligence, data-driven services, deeptech applications, digital platforms, knowledge systems, innovation management tools, stakeholder engagement platforms and technology-enabled services.
We approach AI, deeptech and digital platforms responsibly. Technology should improve lives, strengthen institutions, support better decisions, expand access, increase resilience, reduce waste and contribute to a more sustainable future.
Our solutions are designed with users, implementation realities, ethical considerations, accountability and long-term value in mind.
Ocean, water and blue economy
We support innovation and ecosystem-building for ocean, coastal, marine, freshwater and blue economy challenges.
Our work helps communities, institutions, companies and ecosystems design and implement solutions for water restoration, pollution prevention, circular blue economy, biodiversity protection, climate resilience, sustainable tourism, community engagement and responsible technology deployment.
We combine environmental objectives with social and economic value. This means designing solutions that are technically sound, locally accepted, financially viable and measurable over time.
Just transition roadmaps
We support the development of transition agendas, governance roadmaps and policy recommendations that enable the deployment and scaling of innovative solutions.
Our work includes policy and regulatory gap analysis, stakeholder consultation, roadmap development, governance model design, legislative adaptation support, and implementation planning.
We help decision-makers and ecosystems create the enabling conditions needed for innovation to move from ideas and pilots to adoption, scale and long-term impact.
